Position: Advisor, Player Protection Strategy at iGaming Ontario
Shape responsible gaming programs at iGaming Ontario as a Senior Advisor. Focus on player protection and develop initiatives promoting safe gambling across Ontario’s gaming industry.

As a Senior Advisor based in Toronto, you will play a key role in executing a multi-year responsible gaming program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, your analytical skills will help track performance outcomes and evaluate ongoing RG initiatives. This role involves significant stakeholder engagement and the coordination of research to support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aid in strategic development and initiative delivery

• Monitor gaming trends for program effectiveness

• Execute and assess RG campaigns with regulatory compliance

• Facilitate consultations with operators and partners

• Manage research projects and partnerships

Requirements:

• Degree in political science or related field, 5+ years of experience

• Knowledge of gambling and wagering industry

• Strong analytical and project coordination skills

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
