Your mission will be to design and manage localized campaigns that enhance engagement for both casino and sports book players. With your background in the iGaming sector, you will ensure campaigns meet compliance standards while maximizing player retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement targeted CRM strategies for Ontario
• Oversee lifecycle and promotional campaigns for two gaming verticals
• Ensure compliance with Canada’s gaming regulations
• Monitor performance metrics to improve future marketing efforts
• Collaborate with teams to maintain consistent messaging
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of CRM experience in the online gaming sphere
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Optimove or similar
• Understanding of player segmentation and analysis
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset
• English proficiency;
French is an asset
