Position

We are seeking a VIP Account Executive to own and grow a portfolio of high-value clients across global markets.

Work from the office required.

This role is fully focused on building deep relationships with our top-tier players and turning that connection into long-term value. You'll be the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients, running hyper-personalized retention plays across email, calls, SMS, and chat, while reading international spending patterns to spot where the growth is. You'll work closely with marketing, compliance, and player experience teams to make sure every offer, event, and touchpoint feels tailored rather than generic, all while keeping a close eye on cross-border regulatory requirements across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

This is a relationship-first, data-informed role where commercial instinct and white-glove service matter just as much as the numbers behind the account.

You will work across GGPoker Casino's global VIP base, managing everything from day-to-day account check-ins to high-end gifting suites and hospitality events. You should be comfortable juggling multiple jurisdictions and adapting your approach depending on the market and the player.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a dedicated portfolio of global high-value VIP clients to maximize lifetime value and retention.
  • Execute marketing and player-management strategies tailored specifically for VIPs.
  • Proactively reactivate and retain players through email, calls, SMS, and chat.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless player experience and precise segmentation of promotional and bonus offers.
  • Plan and execute exclusive loyalty programs, high-end gifting suites, and VIP hospitality events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP users, addressing their needs quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure strict cross-border compliance with market regulations across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Analyze account activity, volume, and margins to identify growth opportunities and reactivate lapsed high-value accounts.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a portfolio of accounts
  • Experience with in the online entertainment industry (online casino, social games, or mobile games)
  • Proven experience handling international clients or working across global jurisdictions (UK, Europe, US, Lat Am)
  • Exceptional communication skills across email, chat, and phone, with a confident and polished delivery
  • A business-focused, sales-oriented mindset
  • Solid understanding of Ontario's compliance, responsible gambling, and financial privacy frameworks
  • Track record of delivering strong results and high-touch service
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, French, or other European languages) is a strong asset, given the global, multi-jurisdiction client base
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed
