The Stage Manager role requires precise coordination and communication to support artistic operations under the Artistic Director. This position is pivotal for maintaining continuity, quality, and integrity in rehearsals and performances.

Experience with complex shows is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call technical and artistic cues during shows

• Manage backstage support and artist transitions

• Implement emergency procedures and protocols

• Assist in audio/video documentation of shows

• Coordinate with production and technical teams

Requirements:

• Full-time availability for international tours

• Minimum 4 years in stage management

• Experience with aerial performances

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and stage management tools

• Excellent English communication skills
