The VIP Player Development Lead will oversee a portfolio of players, guiding them through early engagement and fostering loyalty.
Your role will bridge general support with VIP management, enhancing the transition to high-value player experiences while collaborating with teams to promote sustainable growth. You'll actively identify and nurture promising players while filtering out unsustainable behaviours, creating a strong VIP pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Nurture emerging high-value player portfolios
• Track and analyze player engagement for sustainability
• Identify players nearing VIP thresholds for assessment
• Work with Customer Support for player recognition
• Promote loyalty programs and benefits for players
Requirements:
• 2+ years in CRM, retention, or player development
• Understanding of lifecycle management and relationship techniques
• Ability to identify long-term growth opportunities
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience with CRM and data analytics tools
