You will oversee the offboarded VIP player portfolio, ensuring responsible assessment of reactivation opportunities. Engaging collaboratively with VIP Account Managers, your goal will be to introduce loyalty initiatives and maintain high relationships while prioritizing responsible gaming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and assess portfolio of offboarded VIP players

• Perform consultative outreach supporting player re-engagement

• Distinguish between temporary churn and gaming exclusions

• Ensure stable player transitions back into VIP management

• Develop loyalty programs that align with responsible gaming

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in VIP management or retention

• Deep understanding of VIP behavior and churn dynamics

• Experience in creating personalized engagement strategies

• Strong consultative communication skills with VIP players

• Detail-oriented with CRM and reporting tool proficiency
