This role focuses on understanding player behaviors and preferences to drive revenue growth through superior service delivery. You'll manage all aspects of communications and player engagement, ensuring that VIPs feel valued and catered to. Collaborate with team members on enhancing VIP experiences as you handle both routine and challenging customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain personalized player profiles
• Execute assigned key VIP sales targets
• Communicate vital information to players regularly
• Offer hospitality and handle escalations effectively
• Support business decisions through player behavior analysis
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in gaming or casino operations
• Proven sales experience in a related field
• Strong computing skills with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent interaction skills with diverse clientele
• Availability for travel to events and promotions
