This 12-month contract role involves processing cancellations, managing hardware returns, and coordinating with various departments. You will utilize strong analytical skills alongside JIRA and SAP experience to enhance customer interactions and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
• Process and handle cancellation requests from commercial customers
• Manage residential/commercial name changes and move orders
• Ensure timely hardware returns by customers
• Calculate and apply Early Termination Fees
• Document hardware for quarterly inventory counts
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with JIRA and SAP
• Knowledge of VOIP, Internet, and IPTV as assets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and use good judgment
