Dave & Buster’s seeks a dedicated Senior Game Technician to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of electro-mechanics, schematics, and component-level troubleshooting to ensure our gaming attractions run smoothly. You'll also play a crucial part in mentoring Support Tech teams, enhancing camaraderie and skills within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair games and attractions efficiently
• Build and maintain technical equipment for optimal performance
• Train Support Techs and contribute to team knowledge
• Provide friendly and memorable service to guests
• Stay proactive in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Requirements:
• Knowledgeable in electro-mechanics and wiring diagrams
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills for guest interaction
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
