Key Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with high-value players for new business
• Execute VIP sales KPIs to drive revenue growth
• Manage communications and hospitality events for players
• Monitor customer betting behavior for personalized service
• Collaborate with VIP associates on account upgrades
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of gaming experience, online or in-person
• Minimum 1 year in a sales-related role
• Strong customer service and account management skills
• Excellent communication and computer skills, especially Excel
• Must qualify for required licenses and permits
