Event Staff Supervisor at RMC Amphitheatre

RMC Amphitheatre seeks an Event Staff Supervisor to lead Ushers and Ticket Takers.

This role offers the opportunity to enhance customer service and support event logistics on-site.

As an Event Staff Supervisor, you will oversee the daily activities of Ushers and Ticket Takers, facilitate team training, and ensure compliance with venue standards. This position requires a blend of strong leadership skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service for guests attending events. Your duties will also involve coordinating rest periods and communicating operational challenges to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Ushers and Ticket Takers to ensure efficiency

• Train staff on event specifics for improved operations

• Coordinate employee rest periods per legal guidelines

• Assist management to enforce venue policies and health regulations

• Communicate challenges and progress to venue management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in customer service for live events

• Valid Smart Serve Certificate required

• Strong communication and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs as needed
