The Bilingual Event Planner will play a vital role in orchestrating major events like National Conferences while supporting regional development activities. You'll develop connections with volunteers nationwide, enhancing their engagement and success within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute national and regional events
• Coordinate logistics including venues and contracts
• Recommend innovations for event enhancements
• Work with teams to ensure excellent member experience
• Track post-event feedback for improvements
Requirements:
• Fluent Bilingual in English and French
• Minimum five years of event planning experience
• Certified Meeting Planner designation preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Willingness to travel for events across Canada
