Become a key player in enhancing VIP experiences as a Guest Relations Host at Great Canadian. Leverage your networking skills to build relationships and promote player rewards in a dynamic casino environment.

In this role under the Manager of Premium Services, you’ll engage proactively with VIP guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, explaining player card benefits, and assisting with hotel and dining needs. Utilize CRM tools to capture guest preferences and maintain strong communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests

• Greet guests warmly in VIP Rooms

• Introduce frequent guests to management staff

• Promote player rewards programs and benefits

• Assist with event planning and execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in guest service roles

• Understanding of table games is an asset

• Food Safety Certificate required

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Must obtain a Gaming License
