Position: Race Day Control Specialist at Woodbine Entertainment
Take charge of race day operations as a Race Day Control Specialist at Woodbine Entertainment. Oversee betting stops and officiating for horse races in Ontario, BC, and Japan.

In this pivotal role, you will manage the stop betting and officiating of races across multiple tracks, including Ontario and Japan. Your expertise will ensure compliance with regulations while handling administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills are essential as you support both the Manager and our operations on race days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee stop betting and official race proceedings

• Generate racing information for simulcast tracks

• Distribute handle reports for Ontario tracks

• Manage administrative tasks, including cheque creation

• Communicate with vendors for post times and results

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a pari-mutuel wagering environment

• Knowledge of AGCO and ORC regulations

• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities

• Demonstrated adaptability in fast-paced environments

• Post secondary education or relevant experience
