Under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining high visibility with VIP guests on the casino floor. This position requires you to utilize telemarketing skills to engage inactive guests and promote events. You will also manage the VIP Salesforce database to track guest interactions and make informed decisions about complimentary services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain relationships with VIP guests through personalized services
• Increase rated play based on established targets
• Utilize telemarketing to engage inactive guests
• Develop VIP database and loyalty programs
• Analyze guest play for investment decisions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience at an executive level
• Knowledge of Salesforce and fluency in Korean or Chinese is a plus
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and gaming license
• Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel
