Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain venue cleanliness and safety standards

• Assist guests with special needs and emergencies

• Deescalate conflicts and ensure guest compliance

• Verify staff credentials and examine tickets

• Participate in sustainability initiatives for the venue

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in safety, health, or community services

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions

• Passion for live events and crowd management
