Student, Event Producing Strategy & Enablement

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Event Producing and Strategy and Operations teams
• Gain valuable hands‑on corporate event planning experience in a variety of projects
• Handle logistics, reporting, presentation preparation, vendor coordination, and sourcing
• Support activities for internal, employee, and client-facing events
• Collaborate closely with all teams within E&EX for seamless delivery of business partner events
• Assist with Cvent reporting, data, and analytics to measure the ROI of events

• Interest, exposure, education in Events Management
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Ability to build strong business relationships to develop and execute creative and innovative events
• Knowledge of meeting and event planning and virtual event and meeting management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Self‑motivated with ability to work in a team environment
• Experience with Event Management Tools
• Previous work experience working in events is an asset
