Located in Liberty Village, Toronto, this full-time position runs from September to December 2026. You will assist the team in tracking airplay statistics and preparing reports while coordinating promotional materials. Your insights will be crucial in supporting the growth of artists and connecting them with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track weekly Mediabase airplay statistics

• Compile and distribute radio reports accurately

• Gather assets for radio client engagements

• Coordinate video servicing for radio partners

• Create and distribute artist hype sheets

Requirements:

• Pursuing a post-secondary degree in music or media

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and medial programs

• Team-oriented with a creative mindset

• Knowledge of Luminate Music Connect is beneficial
