Manage event close-outs at Budweiser Stage as an Evening Close-Out Supervisor in Toronto. This part-time seasonal role focuses on supervising inventory processes and ensuring efficient closing operations.

This key position helps ensure all events run smoothly from start to finish. You will work closely with Managers and the Lead Close-Out Supervisor, leveraging the Yellow Dog Inventory Management System for accurate inventory management. Your abilities will be vital for overseeing recounts and inventory balancing each night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise back-of-house close-out events

• Manage inventory balances with Yellow Dog

• Aid Stand Leads in smooth operations

• Accurately enter and manage inventory slips

• Complete additional related tasks as required

Requirements:

• Must be a quick learner and adaptable

• Previous supervisory experience necessary

• Familiarity with inventory systems is essential

• Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

• Ability to work past midnight during events
