With over 20 years in business, Rain Medi Spa & Salon is seeking a friendly individual to support our reception team. The ideal candidate possesses strong hospitality skills, a background in retail sales, and familiarity with booking software. This part-time role requires evening availability from Wednesday to Friday, and Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly as they arrive for their services

• Manage booking using the Booker Software

• Offer clients complimentary refreshments and bar menu

• Process cash outs using POS systems and gift cards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Minimum 3 years in customer service

• Experience with administrative tasks and sales

• Smart serve certification or willingness to obtain

• Ability to multi-task effectively in a busy environment
