Position: Director of Events at Varicent
Lead Varicent's events program as the Director of Events, overseeing corporate event strategy and execution. Manage in-person and virtual events, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards.

As the Director of Events at Varicent, you will orchestrate our comprehensive events strategy. Your focus will include managing the full event lifecycle, from strategy development and planning through to execution and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful, high-quality event delivery tailored to audience engagement and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full events strategy roadmap

• Build and maintain annual events calendar

• Set goals for brand awareness and engagement

• Create event project plans and timelines

• Manage event logistics, vendors, and budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 6+ years of event management experience

• Proven ability to execute multiple event types

• Strong negotiation skills with vendors

• Experience using event technology platforms
