This role requires a strong focus on increasing player lifetime values while managing assigned VIPs. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in customer support, ideally within mobile gaming. You will implement data-driven actions, engage with VIPs through personalized approaches, and collaborate with various teams to enhance our VIP strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily analysis of VIP activities and follow up
• Produce timely reports on VIP promotions
• Identify and react to changes in player behaviors
• Craft personalized campaigns for player engagement
• Coordinate with teams for VIP event execution
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Support
• Preferred VIP experience in social casinos
• Proven ability in report analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as needed
