Reporting to the Supervisor of Customer Support Services, you will oversee planning and execution for various events, meetings, and film shoots.
Your role includes approving applications, managing schedules, maintaining client accounts, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will utilize software applications to maintain records and monitor inventories effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee event planning and execution
• Review and approve event applications and permits
• Operate booking systems for client account management
• Conduct venue tours for potential clients
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders in a sensitive environment
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in large-scale event production
• Strong technical knowledge for meeting support
• Experience in contract administration and client coordination
• Proficient in MS Office and booking software
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
