Position: Event Producer Contract at Harry Rosen
Elevate client experiences as an Event Producer with Harry Rosen in Toronto, Ontario. This contract position focuses on planning and executing high-profile events across Canada in a hybrid work model.

As an Event Producer at Harry Rosen, you will support their vibrant national event calendar for six months while applying your event coordination expertise. This is an opportunity to thrive in a collaborative environment, managing logistics, vendor coordination, and enhancing guest experiences. You’ll need to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate event logistics including venues and catering

• Develop project timelines and event checklists

• Manage guest lists, RSVPs, and registrations

• Provide on-site event support and execution

• Prepare post-event recaps and reports

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of event coordination experience

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication with stakeholders

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asana

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
