Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain daily rehearsal and fitting schedules

• Manage all in-studio rehearsals and cast breaks

• Conduct meetings with cast leadership teams

• Oversee rehearsal space and prop organization

• Ensure compliance with company policies for the cast

Requirements:

• 4+ years in entertainment management or production support

• Proven stage management experience

• Familiarity with calling automation cues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be eligible for U.S. work authorization
