As a key player in our VIP team, you will establish connections with high-value clients, manage their experiences, and execute sales strategies. This role requires attentiveness to player behaviors and preferences to deliver personalized interactions. Event management and compliance are also essential aspects of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with valued players
• Execute VIP sales KPIs while enhancing player satisfaction
• Oversee communications and VIP hospitality events
• Analyze player betting behavior for optimal service
• Work closely with others to upgrade player accounts
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in gaming, online or physical casinos
• Minimum 1 year in sales or account management
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Strong Excel and computer proficiency
• Must be eligible for necessary licenses and permits
