Join our dynamic team as an Expert Gameplay Animator and shape our game's animation vision! This role focuses on creating high-impact animations that significantly enhance player experience and gameplay.

We are looking for a highly skilled gameplay animator with 7+ years of experience. You'll take ownership of the animation pipeline, from creating prototypes to refining polished performances while mentoring other animators. Collaborating with various departments will drive innovation and exploration of new gameplay ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the animation style for engaging gameplay experiences

• Manage production of gameplay animations across multiple stages

• Utilize animation systems and procedural techniques in-engine

• Lead mentoring sessions for junior animators and document tools

• Work closely with design and engineering to solve animation challenges

Requirements:

• Strong demo reel showcasing body mechanics and timing

• Expertise in Maya or similar animation software

• Familiarity with motion matching and procedural animation

• Effective teamwork and technical communication skills

• Passionate about gaming and advancing animation techniques
