Wibit Cs is on the lookout for Mandarin-speaking presenters to bring energy and professionalism to their gaming studio. You will be managing live casino games, ensuring players have an engaging experience, and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
• Host various casino games live on camera
• Interact with players to create a rewarding experience
• Provide excellent service throughout player interactions
• Maintain professional standards at all times
• Adapt to rotating shifts in dynamic settings
Requirements:
• Native/fluent Mandarin and English skills (C1 proficiency)
• 1-2 years in a service-related role
• Local to Toronto with work authorization
• Strong work ethic and adaptable attitude
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
