Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor at Disney Cruise Line
Lead and coordinate rehearsals with Disney Cruise Line as a Production Supervisor based in Toronto, Ontario. Take charge of scheduling, managing props, and facilitating smooth productions.

The Production Supervisor reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in orchestrating multiple casts' rehearsals at DCL Entertainment. This position demands strong stage management skills, communication ability, and experience in entertainment production. You'll oversee rehearsal schedules while collaborating closely with cast leadership on creative and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create daily rehearsal and fitting schedules

• Manage studio rehearsals and maintain focus

• Conduct meetings with cast leadership teams

• Oversee scripts, scores, and music updates

• Ensure a positive interactive environment for cast

Requirements:

• 4+ years in entertainment management role

• Proven stage management experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage competing priorities

• Familiarity with musical theatre is an asset
