Key Responsibilities:
• Source and maintain a dataset of qualified freelancers
• Schedule crew assignments for various productions
• Handle crew confirmations, logistics, and changes
• Build extensive relationships within the production network
• Ensure compliance and onboarding for all crew before deployment
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in production coordination
• Comprehensive understanding of broadcast production roles
• Proven success managing logistics in high-pressure situations
