Position: Contract Event Coordination Role at Harry Rosen
Become an integral part of Harry Rosen as a Contract Event Producer in Toronto, Ontario. Focus on delivering exceptional events that enhance client experiences and brand engagement within a hybrid work model.

In this six-month contract role, you will play a key part in planning and executing diverse events across Canada. As an organized and proactive individual, your responsibilities will include managing logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all event details are finalized. Your strong attention to detail will be crucial to delivering each event flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of nationwide events

• Coordinate logistics, including rentals and staffing

• Maintain project timelines and event checklists

• Liaise with internal teams and third-party partners

• Assist with budgets and invoice tracking

Requirements:

• 2-5 years' experience in event coordination

• Ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience using project management tools

• Flexible availability for evening and weekend work
