Shape the future of online gaming with PENN Interactive as the Director of VIP Development. This role focuses on VIP acquisition, retention, and market share expansion across online sports book and iCasino products.
In this position, you will oversee Player Development performance across various regions while managing the VIP Managers effectively. With a crucial role in driving revenue growth and customer engagement, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance operations and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the casino marketing for iCasino states
• Drive revenue and expand the VIP database
• Lead the regional team to achieve sales metrics
• Enforce compliance initiatives to improve service
• Report on KPI data to V.P. of VIP
Requirements:
• 5+ years in gaming, online or brick-and-mortar
• 3+ years in management with proven revenue growth
• Experience in online gaming operations
• Strong skills in Excel and communication
• Must be able to travel for events
