Key Responsibilities:

• Own and improve VIP player program across all titles

• Personally engage with high-value players through personalized communication

• Plan specialized outreach events and tailor VIP experiences

• Monitor player behavior to identify opportunities and risks

• Support upselling and retention with a player-first mindset

Requirements:

• 4+ years in VIP management or player services

• Experience with high-value player relationships

• Strong written/verbal communication skills

• Ability to analyze player behavior data

• Experience creating support workflows and training materials
