The Toronto Symphony Orchestra is inviting talented bassoonists to apply for the Associate Principal Bassoon position. This tenure position provides a minimum weekly salary of $2,529.77 for a robust 43-week season, including five service weeks off. International auditions are set for October 9-10, with finalist support for travel and lodging.
Key Responsibilities:
• Compete in international preliminary and final auditions
• Contribute to the ensemble throughout the concert season
• Collaborate seamlessly with fellow orchestra members
• Mentor developing musicians on bassoon techniques
