This casual position reports to the Banquet and Event Services Manager, where you will facilitate events at The Globe and Mail Centre. Leveraging your hospitality expertise, you'll oversee event operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and high service standards. Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage event logistics and security

• Ensure venue cleanliness and safety standards

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and staff

• Monitor and report on event progress

• Prepare event reports for management

Requirements:

• 3+ years in hospitality/event supervision

• Event/Banquet Manager experience preferred

• Comprehensive understanding of service procedures

• Must possess Smart Serve certification

• Weekend and evening availability required
