As the Director of Player Development, you will oversee VIP Managers across multiple states and regions, driving revenue growth and maintaining a robust VIP database. This position requires a strategic mindset and expertise in online gaming, customer engagement, and analytics to ensure successful outcomes while improving service efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct casino marketing initiatives for iCasino states
• Develop and oversee VIP acquisition and retention strategies
• Analyze KPI data to drive regional sales performance
• Lead compliance initiatives improving department operations
• Maintain high awareness of competitive VIP offerings
Requirements:
• 5+ years in gaming, with online or brick-and-mortar experience
• 3+ years management experience with a sales team
• 2+ years in online gaming operations
• Excellent skills in data management and customer interaction
• Must be licensed under applicable regulations
