Position: Events Coordinator at Spin Master

As the Events Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in assisting the Trade Show Director and project managers in coordinating and executing successful trade shows. You'll manage sample logistics, oversee booth display designs, and work with stakeholders to ensure all elements are in place for impactful events. This role also includes hands-on responsibilities in budgeting and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating trade show logistics and requirements

• Manage inventory and shipping of showroom displays

• Liaise with vendors and internal teams for event needs

• Support budget tracking and reconciliation efforts

• Help prepare mock-up packaging for displays

Requirements:

• Experience in coordinating trade shows or events

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite

• Eager to learn new software interfaces

• Ability to travel for events as necessary
