Position: Scotiabank Commons Experience Lead

You will be responsible for managing events, providing administrative support, and creating engaging digital content. Your proactive approach to assisting with operational needs will enhance visitors' experiences and supported activities, ensuring successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagement initiatives to enhance experience

• Schedule and support daily operations at The Commons

• Develop digital communications and promotional materials

• Conduct walkthroughs and assist with equipment setups

• Manage event planning logistics and client billing processes

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field

• At least 2 years of experience in event management

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in teams

• Basic knowledge of event technology and audiovisual tools
