Elevate player experiences as a VIP Development Manager with Legendz. Focus on nurturing and developing high-value player relationships from their initial deposits through to VIP status.
In this role, you will manage a pre-VIP portfolio while engaging and guiding players towards VIP qualification. Collaborate closely with both VIP and Customer Support teams to monitor player progression, ensuring a sustainable journey by filtering out unhealthy player behaviors. Your contributions will significantly impact the VIP pipeline, fostering strong, loyal relationships that benefit the entire community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage emerging high-value player portfolios for loyalty development
• Monitor engagement trends and player progression towards VIP status
• Assess players nearing VIP thresholds for suitability
• Collaborate on personalized interventions for declining activity
• Educate players on loyalty programs and associated benefits
Requirements:
• 2+ years in VIP management or player development
• Strong understanding of player lifecycle and relationship techniques
• Commercial mindset with growth opportunity identification
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics
