This full-time contract role involves overseeing logistical operations for the team, directly reporting to the Director of Team Operations. Foster seamless experiences by handling equipment inventory, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring hospitality during events. Your organizational skills will keep all operations on track while engaging with various stakeholders across the sports and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support comprehensive team equipment operations and management

• Coordinate travel logistics for players and staff during key events

• Plan and execute hospitality and guest experiences on trips

• Manage gifting initiatives for players, staff, and special occasions

• Oversee operational schedules and community rental events

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of team operations or sports administration experience

• Proven track record in logistics, event management, or hospitality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and flexible with hours
