As a part-time coordinator, you will connect with players and their families, answering questions about gambling risks and available support. Engage in outreach, deliver education on responsible gaming practices, and maintain strong relationships with casino staff. Your contributions will help build a safer gaming environment for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
• Increase awareness of the Play Smart Centre Program
• Engage with players and their families in person or by phone
• Educate patrons on informed gambling choices
• Deliver educational activities supporting positive play habits
• Build relationships with charitable gaming and casino staff
Requirements:
• Education in social services, social work, or adult education
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility for various shifts including weekends
• High empathy in sensitive situations
• Valid G Class Driver’s License
