The Canadian Opera Company is seeking a part-time Patron Services Supervisor for the Four Seasons Centre in Toronto. You will oversee Front of House and Bars/Concessions during performances and events, and supervise Patron Services staff during shifts.
This in-person role requires a minimum commitment of 3 shifts/week (15–20 hours) with mostly evenings and weekends, and occasional matinees. You will handle cash, ensure safety, and coordinate with Facility Management and Event Planning teams.
