We are now seeking a Stage Manager to join our Production Services team, responsible for live programming at TIFF:
The Market. This role requires a background in live event management, technical expertise, and ability to work well under pressure. You'll liaise with internal teams, artists, and venue partners to ensure flawless execution of events aligned with TIFF's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical cues and live event operations

• Collaborate with the Technical team for production updates

• Coordinate event milestones with Front of House teams

• Communicate event changes to the production services

• Liaise with talent and speakers for seamless engagement

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of stage managing live events

• Technical understanding with large stages

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office

• Detail-oriented and organized under pressure
