The Toronto Blue Jays are looking for Activation Team Members to help facilitate all 2026 Toronto Blue Jays promotions, events and concerts for the final stretch of the season!

The incumbent will work alongside the members of the marketing team to assist in the setup, execution and teardown of all Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre events. This position reports to the Head Supervisor, Activation Team and works closely day-to-day with the Promotions & Events team, and Activation Team Leads.
Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximately August to November 2026.These positions are part-time contracts.

Interact and provide exceptional guest experience to fans during Toronto Blue Jays home games and eventsEnsure an understanding of guest/fan needs and delivering on expectationsAssist in the set-up, execution and teardown of Toronto Blue Jays and various Rogers Centre events including all concertsMonitor activation zones to ensure fan, staff and talent safetyAssist the Activation Team Leads in tracking prize and equipment inventory for each eventMaintain open lines of communication with supervisors leading up to, during and after event daysAttending preparation shifts to organize assets and complete advance tasks prior to the setupQualifications:
Must be available to work home games (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as required.
Post-secondary education preferred in Marketing, Events or Sport ManagementEnergetic and motivatedWilling to stand for long periods of timeWilling to work outdoorsWilling to lift and move heavy equipment during event setups and teardownsMust be available to work all Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre eventsMust have a flexible schedule, including weekend availability and holidaysThis includes early call times, varied shift lengths and unpredictable end timesGood with children, large groups and crowdsExcellent organizational, creative and communication skills requiredProven ability to coordinate multiple priorities and perform well under pressureAbility to work well with others and assist in creating a positive team environmentMust have baseball knowledge and/or expertiseSalary:
The anticipated base compensation range for this role is $18.20 - $20.45 per hour.
