Position: Senior 3D Environment Artist at Certain Affinity
Elevate game visuals with Certain Affinity as a Senior 3D Environment Outsource Artist. This contract role focuses on managing external partners while ensuring top-notch quality in iconic franchises.

As a Senior 3D Environment Artist, you will leverage your expertise in modeling and outsourcing management to create compelling visuals within AAA games. With a commitment to collaboration, your primary tasks will include asset preparation, quality control, and maintaining smooth pipelines. You will be integral in enhancing the visual fidelity of beloved franchises and new IP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with external outsourcing partners

• Prepare and brief assets, ensuring technical accuracy

• Polish and refine props from outsourcing feedback

• Provide clear reviews and critiques to uphold quality standards

• Collaborate with various departments for asset requests

Requirements:

• Extensive modeling experience with Substance Painter and ZBrush

• Deep understanding of 3D asset pipelines and Unreal Engine 5

• Strong organization and cross-team communication skills

• Familiarity with Jira for asset management

• Ability to write effective briefs and provide feedback
