Server, Customer Service Rep

Server The Server defines services our customer by taking and delivering food orders. Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

• Confirms daily specials and provides detail information on ingredients as required
• Records client’s choices and relays same to kitchen
• Recalls orders accurately and delivers correct food items to clients
• Graciously and unobtrusively ensures client satisfaction with meals
• Ensures that clients know about new items on the menu
• Recommends wine and beverage pairings with assistance of bartender
• Recommends side dishes to compliment main courses
• Up-sells beverages, coffees and desserts as appropriate
• Handles all customer service concerns graciously, referring difficult issues to the Manager / Executive Chef
• Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

• High School Diploma
• 2-3 years previous experience in similar capacity
• Fully bilingual in French and English

• Contribution to financial objectives
• Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
• Feedback from internal and external clients

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche : $17.60 - $25.25 / 17,60$ - 25,25$ (per hour / de l’heure) Final compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate's unique skills, expertise, individual qualifications, and assessed contributions to the role following the completion of the interview process. The range stated is the starting range for this position. Offers may vary with experience, qualifications, performance, and local market conditions.
