Your responsibilities will include sample management, prop display coordination, and collaborating with various stakeholders to produce captivating displays. You'll also be involved in budget monitoring and logistical planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sample logistics for trade shows and showrooms

• Support the Trade Show team with props and displays

• Manage inventory of pop-up displays and furniture

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for events

• Help organize and prepare virtual event assets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event coordination

• Strong skills in customer service

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe tools

• Willingness to learn new systems like SAP

• Availability for travel to events
