Production Supervisor for DCL Theatrical Productions

Shape the magical experiences of Disney Cruise Line (DCL) in Toronto, Ontario, as a Production Supervisor. This role emphasizes effective rehearsal scheduling and management for DCL's esteemed theatrical productions.

In this key position, you will report to the Production Manager and coordinate rehearsals across multiple casts. Your responsibilities include maintaining rehearsal schedules, managing technical cues, and ensuring a positive environment for cast interactions. You'll also be expected to provide timely updates and maintain the integrity of production materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and oversee rehearsal and crossover schedules

• Conduct informational meetings with cast

• Manage rehearsal props and studio organization

• Maintain rehearsal scripts with technical cues

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in relevant field or equivalent

• 4+ years in entertainment production management

• Experience with stage management and storytelling techniques

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Eligibility for U.S. work authorization and travel commitment
