In this senior role, your focus will be on refining assets and managing outsourcing, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners. You will play a crucial part in preparing assets, providing feedback, and ensuring the highest quality standards for both established franchises and new IP. Your understanding of 3D pipelines and tools will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth communication between internal and external teams

• Prepare clear asset briefs and gather necessary references

• Polish returning assets based on feedback from partners

• Conduct quality control checks on incoming work

• Create placeholders as required for various departments

Requirements:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling with Substance Painter and ZBrush

• In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 and 3D pipelines

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Familiarity with Jira for task tracking

• Proven experience managing asset creation workflows
