Elevate the player experience at PENN Interactive as the Player Development Director. Focus on VIP performance, enhancement, and retention strategies across online gaming platforms.
In this pivotal role, oversee the performance of Player Development across your assigned region. You will engage with VIP Managers to enhance customer relations and revenue, while responsibly implementing operational initiatives and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage casino marketing efforts for iCasino

• Boost VIP database and drive revenue

• Set regional VIP team strategies and goals

• Support compliance initiatives for operational efficiency

• Prepare performance reports for executive review
Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in the gaming industry

• Proven track record in sales team management (3+ years)

• Experience with online gaming operations (2+ years)

• Strong Excel and communication abilities

• Required travel for events across the U.S. and Canada
